Why has Senator Reid subjected Americans to Republican obstructionism. He has it in his power to change the filibuster so that a handful of people can’t stop progress in the senate. You can bet the Republicans would not try to accommodate Democrats , if they were in power. Just look at what Republicans are doing in the House Of Representatives.
I don’t know why we work so hard to elect people to change things , but things don’t change.
I believe both parties are holding American citizens hostage for the benefit of big corporations , Wall St. , and the very wealthy.
How can the presidents stated agenda be enacted under these kind of rules?
