Evidently Michael Steele should have spell checked his slogan.
It should say "STEAL," as in steal from workers.

The Employee Free Choice Act is far from dead, and it continues to pick up congressional support as our union and our brother and sister unions work for it. The EFCA is not only an attempt to regain a position for workers that we once held in America; it is, just as much, a quest to restore the rule of law. Recidivist law-breakers like Wal-Mart continue to batter us because they have the nerve, the unethical lawyers (counselling law-breaking in violation of their professional oaths), and the lack of Wagner Act enforcement
--- combined, of course, with multiple violations such as intimidating and spying on workers --- to successfully resist fairness and the law. (If Wal-Mart was a person, there might be 900 years in prison to serve!) Reviewing labor laws around the world, I have found, all the same, that there are even better arrangements for unions than EFCA. So let's get this law passed now and then begin immediately --- yes, immediately --- to make vast improvements in it. Our union brothers and sisters and the American working class deserve nothing less. Gerald L. Houseman, Associate Member (Author, "Economics in a Changed Universe," 2008)
